The P-62 Thin Cutting Planer is normally used together with a thin cutting frame saw. The P-62 is designed especially for precision thickness cutting for thi board. Under normal condition, the machine can easily reach ±0.025mm tolerance range.
The P-62 THin Cutting Planer is designed with all new concepts and is patenred. In particular, the board pressure system employs piano-key type pressure shoes, which holds board firmly. This fully prvents board from chamferring or tearing during cutting.

Two parallel cutterheads. Each cutterhead has constant distance of grooves. Two cutterheads are staggered. The front ends of piano-key type pressure shoes extend over the cutterhead center.

Stable Conveyor Table
The conveyor table is supported by 4 precision screws to ensure high stability during machining.
Accurate Conveyor Table Positioning
The conveyor table elevation and positioning is set and displayed by a digital controller. It provides high positioning accuracy up to 0.01mm
Variable Spindle Speeds
The spindle rotation is controlled by frequency inverter, permitting variable speed change. Wide speed range is from 1800 rpm to 5600 rpm. This makes the machine suitable for cutting various wood materials, such as soft and hard wood, moisturized wood and oily wood etc
Variable Feed Speed
The conveyor belt speed is controlled by a frequency inverter, permitting variable speed change.This makes the machine suitable for cutting various wood materials, such as soft and hard wood, moisturized wood and oily wood etc
